LUMA Quant is independently developed by Johann Weitzer through Luma Quant e.U. It combines enterprise software architecture, data systems, applied AI and regime intelligence within one modular framework. The first public reference implementation turns that framework into a live uncertainty benchmark rather than defining LUMA Quant as a single-domain product.

Why uncertainty first

A benchmark where predictive shortcuts are weakest

The initial stochastic environment is deliberately unforgiving: outcome history is observable, privileged explanatory information is minimal and deterministic certainty is not credible. This makes it a strong public benchmark for testing whether an analytical system can organize unstable evidence without hiding behind private features.

EuroMillions is therefore the proof-of-concept environment in which the framework is sharpened and audited—not the final identity of LUMA Quant.

Where it goes next

A reusable regime-intelligence framework

US Powerball and Mega Millions analytics follow in 2027 as additional independent stochastic benchmarks. The next major transfer applies the framework to digital-asset regime intelligence using macro, micro, capital-market, semantic, news, on-chain and off-chain evidence.

Medical research and complex information mapping remain later, separately governed research horizons.

Enterprise & Corporate Scaling

LUMA Quant currently operates through Luma Quant e.U. As the platform expands, the project plans to continue scaling its technical and operational infrastructure and to evaluate an appropriate future Austrian corporate structure, such as a FlexCo or GmbH.

The objective is to strengthen governance, enterprise delivery, future team growth and international B2B partnerships. The current legal entity remains Luma Quant e.U. until any future transition is formally completed.

LUMA’s analytical core is designed to connect with domain-specific data rather than remain confined to one application. Its planned financial-market translation combines macroeconomic, microstructural, capital-market, semantic, news, on-chain and off-chain evidence within a shared regime, memory and risk framework.

The transferable asset is the mechanism set: interaction mapping, multi-axis profiling, negative-space analysis, adaptive ENMF memory, walk-forward validation, scenario simulation and controlled decision gates.

LUMA Quant is independently built, but its public technical claims are connected to bounded repositories, exact source manifests, CI results and explicit disclosure limits through Trust Layer v1.0.

The Trust Center also shows what remains open: legal review, an independent third-party audit and the first prospective E4 commitment-and-reveal milestone.
